Emma’s team-focused leadership has transformed complex organizations, with a knack for achieving growth by connecting insights and fostering innovation. She has led high-performing teams, nurtured organizational culture, and managed P&L responsibilities across the US and Europe. As SVP & GM, Americas, at Crocs, she oversaw a $1.6B business, achieving +86% top-line and +107% gross profit growth, transitioning the brand to sustainable growth.
At Nike, Emma held multiple leadership roles, ultimately leading Nike’s North America Women’s division, repositioning it to #1 in footwear and apparel. Her career began in marketing at Colgate-Palmolive, with later roles in consulting and a start-up. She founded ELM Strategic Advisors and serves on boards for Dress for Success Oregon and The Wing Women. Emma holds degrees from Queen’s University and Harvard Business School.
